Sarah Barnes, Founder
As a Registered Nurse of 25 years Sarah brings a wealth of experience, knowledge & passion around health and workplace wellness.
Following her own tricky menopause transition and experiencing the lack of support available to women around menopause Sarah took on further studies to become a Menopause Coach.
Sarah Barnes Wellness was formed in 2022 and Sarah has coached and guided many women through their menopause challenges.
Sarah is now using this expertise as a Menopause in the Workplace Consultant. She is passionate about providing organisations with the tools to create inclusive work cultures supporting women through this life stage and allow them to thrive through menopause and beyond.
Sarah Lives in Adelaide with her two teenage daughters.
